I think this is my first Mansaku no Hana. According to a guy at an izakaya in Akita, he recommends "Mansaku no Hana" next to Shinmasa, so I bought it. I drink it at the end of the workday. The body is light and dry and smooth, and the aftertaste is rich and bitter. The lingering taste is full and bitter, which becomes more pronounced as it gets a little loose. Not modern, but good!
Akita nights are long.
