There is only one taste and aroma produced by Shinsei, and we are convinced that the difference in concentration of these is the difference between the series. This product has the lightest flavor of all the Yonotori, Ruri, and X-type sakes we have had, and is as light as a summer sake. The technique of creating an unshakable flavor in a wooden vat may be amazing, but it can only be said to be so.
