This is the first time I've ordered alcohol online using an Amazon gift I received as a congratulatory gift!
I've heard that online ordering is not as easy as it sounds, but I thought I'd try my luck and buy a set of five Daiginjo bottles.
I bought a set of five Daiginjo bottles. I tried a bottle of Hizenya sake that was marked ◎ at room temperature.
We had mentaiko omelets, grilled mackerel, and stewed daikon and chicken wings.
The sake tasted dry with a hint of sourness, and went well with the fish.
I'm not sure how well it's been preserved, so if I find it in a liquor store I might want to compare it🤔.
