I was curious about this limited edition sake, so I ordered it.
Drink it cold
Clear and colorless
The aroma is very mild.
The palate has a strong rice flavor with acidity.
Sourness and umami remain in the mouth for a while.
When warmed, the impression of acidity becomes stronger.
Slight sweetness in the aftertaste
I looked up "tobin-tori" in the description, and found that it means the same thing as hukuro-hari and shizukutori.
