This is a sake from Toyama Prefecture's Takazawa Sake Brewery. I've seen aged Junmai Daiginjo sake, but I don't think I've seen aged namaishu before...
Even though it's aged, it doesn't give you that old sake feeling. It must have been carefully aged at low temperature. The aroma is gentle, and the flavor spreads in the mouth, and the flavor disappears comfortably. Umami‼️.
