Delicious. The first sip is fresh and refreshing, with some bitterness, and from the second day onwards, the Omachi's plump sweetness becomes stronger. It is powerful when drunk at 10-15℃, not too cold. The fact that it is freshly bottled, so it has some extra bitterness that should be eliminated by fire-refining, is a bit of a minus.
