Purchased at an antenna store in Ginza.
The brewer is Chiyozu Toraya Co.
I don't know why they don't have it.
The aroma is subdued, but the core is full of rice.
It doesn't have the freshness of a fresh sake, but this is the kind of sake Chiyozu is made of.
The initial taste is sweet and somewhat sharp, but the richness typical of junmai sake develops in the aftertaste.
The acidity and aromatic spiciness are quite unique.
