Sake from Imajo, Minami-Echizen-cho, Fukui Prefecture.
One of a set of four Minami-Echizen-cho sake bottles purchased at the Imajo Station kiosk.
It has a strong sweetness. After that, a slightly dense spiciness comes through.
The spiciness creates a strong aftertaste.
It also cuts through the spiciness and oiliness of chili peppers.
How about when it is heated up?
The spiciness comes from the hot and spicy taste, and the astringent taste slowly refrains from the hot and spicy taste.
This astringency is quite good.
If you want to taste it thoroughly, it is better to warm it up.
