The aroma is fresh sweetness like Japanese pear. In the mouth, the gasiness spreads with a chiri-chiri-juwa-juwa sensation, and the sweetness is discreet and gentle. The sweetness quickly recedes and quickly tightens up, but there is also a mellowness that is typical of nigori.
I unexpectedly bought the label because of its adorable and loose character, but it was a delicious sake that allowed me to enjoy the transition of flavors.
