Shinsei Tangerine Tangerine Yamabuki Rating 4.6-4.5 Rice: Fukunohana, 13% alc. Fukunohana" was once widely grown, but it was replaced by "Miyamanishiki" and its cultivation disappeared. It is a relatively soluble sake with a broad flavor, but also has the delicacy and wildness typical of rice from the Tohoku region. This sake also has a bright acidity and a spacious flavor. Light citrus style. Essence of spiciness and bitterness. Slightly lactic and mellow. Light-bodied to middle.
