GeorgeMackengyWe came across a sake from Kagawa Prefecture, one of the blank spots on the map of Japan!
The brother of the izakaya offered me two kinds of sake, one at the end of a bottle and the other just opened, saying, 'It tastes different just after opening the bottle!
Indeed! It had changed to a mellower taste after some time had passed since the bottle was opened!
We enjoyed it!
