The aroma is sweet and savory, but the fragrance is mature.
Body is light1 and lingering taste is small1.
The mild first impression is the same as that of Kangiku, but the taste that follows is very elegant.
The lingering taste is strong and one can tell that good rice was used in the making of this sake.
I was surprised and impressed that such rice is used for sake.
This delicate flavor is only beautiful on its own and does not require any accompaniments.
ps.
We ate a small piece of crab together, and the time was blissful.
It's perfect for sipping on something tasty.
I would definitely like to try the other Jyushidai.
