This craft saké is made by adding "Karakaso," which is also used in doburoku, to the ingredients.
It has a white wine-like aroma and sip, a refreshing mouthfeel that one would not expect from its gorgeous aroma, yet it has a lingering aftertaste and aftertaste that is like a bouquet of flowers.
When pouring, the glass was swirled around and the wine glass was covered with the aroma and served!
