A trip to Tsuruoka, the spoils of war at the very super Super Shufu no Ten Ekimae Store Eine. The label says Matsuyama Sake Brewery even though it is Fujiya Sake Brewery Honten in Sake-no-wa? Apparently the company name has changed from Fujiya Sake Brewery to Matsuyama Sake Brewery.
Well, it is a quintessential example of Yamagata, a prefecture known for its beautiful sake! At room temperature, the flavor of Dewa Sanzu spreads in the mouth. I wonder how it will taste when chilled.
