ひきたThis is a classic Shizuoka sake that is available at most of the izakayas (Japanese-style pubs) I have visited since moving to Shizuoka.
It is easy to drink, with a clean, dry taste, and is a favorite of my boss who lives in Nagoya and is a sake lover.

It is also cost-effective, as the No. 4 bottle costs about 1,300 yen.
