The Yoro Shuzo brewery was damaged by the torrential rain disaster in western Japan in 2018. Kano River is brewed by the fourth generation of the brewery, which was rebuilt with support from all over Japan through crowdfunding.
The name "Kano River" refers to the "Kanogawa" area that runs through the Elk River in Ozu City, and this new sake is brewed with the hope that the wishes of those who drink it will come true.
It is light and fruity.
