I bought a bottle of sake, which is only available in Takachiho Town, at a roadside station during my visit to Takachiho last month.
The rice used is "Hanakagura" produced in Takachiho.
It was specially made for the dedication, so it looked a little special.
I opened the bottle and enjoyed the sake, which had a mellow aroma and a refreshing taste.
I think it is a junmai sake.
Alcohol 15%.
