I don't drink craft sake very often, but I do drink a little bit of Hanakaze. I also drink ayamane because it is my hometown.
I think local sake is losing out to craft sake. I think we need to open up sake like we do beer.
This heartbeat is bitter. It is greeful. I thought that bitterness is good for you. It is a nigger, but strangely it goes well with soy sauce and miso. Personally, I preferred the normal Hanafu.
P.S. On the second day, the bitterness mellows out and the flavor increases.
