This is a "jungin tanba nikkumi" nama-shu. The mouthfeel is fresh and a little sweet, or perhaps a little dry, as is typical of nama-shu. It has a clean finish. Hmmm. I see. It goes well with sashimi. Both the sake and the sashimi are more delicious. Cold and sparkling sake.
