Junmai sake brewed using an ancient technique. It has a strong initial attack of rice flavor and a thick lingering aftertaste. The sake is dry and mellow with a sake degree of 13 degrees.
The aroma gives the impression of maturity.
It also has a faint aroma of steamed rice and yogurt sweetness.
As a drink to go with the sake, something a little stronger in flavor would be good. If it is light, sake will win. Good for sake lovers.
