Hiokizakura, Namao Yumachi (Amber in color) Junmai sake brewed using an ancient technique. It has a strong initial attack of rice flavor and a thick lingering aftertaste. The sake is dry and mellow with a sake degree of 13 degrees. The aroma gives the impression of maturity. It also has a faint aroma of steamed rice and yogurt sweetness.
