Finally, my wish came true and I will have some Mimuro Cedar.
Automatic stirring when the screw cap is opened. The aroma is fruity. The first sip with lees mixed in is Japanese pear, a little stronger on the schwag feeling, juicy, sweet and refreshing, with a perfect balance of acidity and bitterness. This was the most sake-like nigori sake I have had recently. It is also delicious 😋.
