I heard that they released a new series.
At first, I got the most affordable one, BLACK.
The recommended temperature range is room temperature to hot, and this time we had it warmed to lukewarm.
The aroma was soft and pleasant, partly because it was warmed.
When you try it, it's refreshing and easy to drink, without getting tired of drinking it like a shokuchu or everyday sake. The alcohol was slightly low at 14 degrees, light and slippery 🎵.
This time, I paired it with sushi at the beginning of the month, and it was delicious, accompanying all the ingredients well and not disturbing them at all.
