うえぽんI don't understand Aiyama sake rice that well, but this sake was badass.
It starts with the freshness of the raw sake (some carbonation), and then the sweetness, richness, and slightly acidic fruitiness that is the perfect word for enraptured. This is a little too awesome to describe further!
This is a limited quantity product only available at this time of the year.
I recommend it without question.
