Junmai-shu Namaishu Namaishu Direct Packing Limited Hana to Neko
This sake is made only once a year by a brewery that produces a robust sake, aiming to make a gorgeous fruity sake.
It is intended to be fruity, but has a strong umami flavor. Slightly acidic. It has a firm flavor, so it would be interesting to drink it lukewarm. The aftertaste is refreshing.
