☆☆+ Shinsei Yonotori Kijo-shu Shinsei Shuzo The first sip  It is delicious.  The sweet taste is rich and mildly delicious.  Soft mouthfeel.  It was a sake with a sense of richness. Information  Yono-tori...  Actually, the name has been changed once.  When it was born, it was called "Yono-tori", but  But it was changed by Aburanaga Shuzo who brewed "Kaze no Mori" in Nara prefecture.  which brews "Kaze no Mori" in Nara prefecture.  The name was changed to "Akane-Kujaku" because  It was sold under the name "Akane Kujaku".  The president of Shinsei Shuzo, Mr. Sato  Mr. Sato, the president of Shinsei Shuzo, had a good relationship with Mr. Yamamoto of Aburanaga Shuzo.  Mr. Yamamoto kindly agreed to change the name back to "Yono-tori".  Mr. Yamamoto kindly decided to change the name back to "Hironotori". Such an episode! Kaze no Mori is also a delicious sake!
