New brand "KIRUNO" launched on 2021/09/01.
It was named "Kigenou" with the thought that "all industries return to agriculture".
The rice used is Ise Nishiki, which is grown without agricultural chemicals and fertilizers in their own rice fields.
It has a slightly sweet aroma of rice in the back, and it is a sake with a clear and elegant taste. It is especially good with strong flavored dishes.
