It was a slightly chilly night, so I thought it had been a while since I had had heated sake, so I had a heated version of Shin Tsuchida 🙏.
I heated it up to about 50 degrees Celsius in the chirori and sipped on it 😚.
It was less sweet than Shin Tsuchida, warmed up, and the unique sourness felt fruity. ☺️
This is good 👍❣️ delicious!
I only drink it once in a while because it takes a lot of time and effort, but heated sake is good too 😋.
