An innovative collaboration based on SENKYO's traditional techniques, created while UNITED ARROWS also participates in the sake brewing process. The release of "UA-Uma" with a label featuring the motif of the horse, the Chinese zodiac sign for the coming year. For New Year's Day, a limited edition celebration sake of kijoshu x nigori sake with a snowman straddling a horse. The nigori kijoshu has a juicy sweetness like biting into a ripe La France and a light effervescence with a beautiful finish. Melon, banana aroma, and slightly mellow.
