This sake is produced by Kinnoi Sake Brewery in Miyagi Prefecture.
It is very fruity, with a good aroma and good acidity.
It goes well with fish, so it's certainly the perfect sake for a meal (development concept?). It's a good match for fish.
It is relatively easy to recommend even to those who don't like sake.
I ordered this brand because of its unusual name, but I would like to remember it.
