Doburoku from Nakano Sake Brewery (Handa City) on the Chita Peninsula, my hometown.
I had always been curious about it.
A 720 ml bottle costs 1,630 yen including tax.
Polishing ratio 65%.
Hmmm.
Sweet. It is delicious.
This is doburoku.
It has a sweet aftertaste.
It went down so fast that it was gone in no time.
The bottle has a simple design.
I'm sure I'll be back for more.
I can catch a lot of goby in the river behind Nakano Sake Brewery, so I'd like to drink it with tempura of the goby I caught next time. I think it goes very well with it.
