Rice and Agave's series of test vats. This sake is brewed with the addition of blue-letter berries, kaya branches and leaves, and flowering mugwort. In addition to the sweetness of the rice, it has a refreshing herbaceous citrus aroma that spreads in the mouth. It is powerful enough to be paired with meat dishes.
