Koikawa Sake Brewery is in Yamagata, Shonai? Is it getting a small break among cooks? I wonder if the sake brewers are pushing it?
I think it might leak out to buy as a souvenir, but restaurants are pushing it. It's amazing how they seem to be doing it with their own unique sense of value.
