Yamamoto Strawberry Red Junmai Ginjyo Nama-no-Genshu
Sake brewed with white malted rice used mainly for shochu.
It has a strong acidity due to citric acidity.
The sweetness is subdued and the acidity lingers in the aftertaste, which is not my personal favorite.
If you like Senkou, you may like this type.
