Cute hummingbirds on a modern label: 🐦️
The sake rice used is Yuki-No-Majin, so I thought it would be clear and sharp, but it has the light acidity of a sake yeast with a slight honey taste.
The first day after opening the bottle, it was light, but after two days, it became a little sweeter.
The balance is quite good 🎵.
