Although it claims to be light and dry, the moment you take a sip, you will feel the mellowness, richness, and sweetness characteristic of sake.
The aroma is fruity, but as a sake lover myself, I can smell it forever. It is good to drink it in a sake cup, but it is also good to drink it in a wine glass or other glasses that allow you to enjoy its aroma.
