Let me introduce a drinking mirin here in Sake-no-wa. YANAGAKAGE (HONKAKEI in Kanto) is a drinking mirin made from mirin and shochu. The sweetness of this mirin is very special, and it tastes good with soda, which has a higher alcohol content than the original sake. It is not as sweet as akashu.
