The aroma is mild, lightly fragrant, pineapple-like. Is this a ginjo aroma?
The mouthfeel is sweeter than expected. (It has a slight bubbly taste, a slight fizziness, and a slight sweetness.)
I wonder if the sweetness is felt stronger because of the slight fizziness and acidity...(*´ДД*)
It is delicious. Shinomine is also my favorite sake, so I buy it whenever there is a new one...(*≧≦*)
