San'yaho, a very interesting drink from Gifu Seki City The official website says it's thick and dry, but personally I find it mild and easy to drink, both warm and cold! San'yaho is a sake made from Mino Nishiki, which is grown by farmers in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, without using any pesticides from the planting of the rice, and "San'yaho" is a musical phrase from the Kurachi Festival. What's interesting is that you can become a "San'yaho supporter" who is officially recruited and experience rice planting, harvesting and washing rice, and finally taste the new sake at a party (separate participation fee required). Supporters can purchase the sake at a discounted price, and the limited edition of the original sake is only available to supporters. We need to confirm the details at this time, but we felt it was an interesting project that was close to the rice. I'm sure the sake will be delicious after the farm work. Special junmai-shu, rich and dry, alcohol 15.5 degrees, rice polished to 60% Minonishiki from Gifu Seki City, sake degree +2.0, acidity 1.3
