Sake made by carefully squeezing the sake mother and bottling it.
This is a low-alcohol, slightly fizzy sake, so we poured it into a champagne glass and had it as an aperitif🥂.
It has a refreshing sweet and sour aroma and taste like a cider or sparkling wine.
It is suitable for sake beginners. It's easy to drink.
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic)
Rice: 100% Yamadanishiki (from Yamaguchi prefecture)
Polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol content: 7%.
