The first drink in December was a year-end party at a sushi restaurant I know with my friends. My friend recommended Manzaku no Hana Junmai Daiginjo, which is a different type of sake from the Manzaku no Hana. It's not as fresh as it should be because it's only been brewed once, but you can clearly tell the difference between the Aiyama and the Omachi. The sweet Aizan was delicious, but the Omachi, which has a very good mouthfeel, was outstanding! Next year I'll be looking out for Omachi rice as well (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
