The aroma has a strong alcohol smell, a juicy flavor typical of unfiltered nama sake, and a subtle hint of vinegared iso! ☺️The mouthfeel is rather thick, but the aftertaste is quite sharp! (I still wonder if the alcohol taste is gone...)
The name comes from the toji, Mr. Yuri Inoue 😉.
