I came to Uji, Kyoto for a visit and stopped by a liquor store.
I really wanted a different sake, but
but I chose this one because it's a raw sake.
The rice polishing ratio is 65.
It's a junmai sake, but the alcohol content is higher.
The ginjo aroma is amazing!
It has a lot of miscellaneous flavors and a great umami taste!
It's a new sake, spicy, and makes the sake go down a treat!
I found another great sake!
