Matsumori Junmai Hitanishiki

I bought a bottle of Matsumori at a roadside station in Ibaraki. This may be the first time to drink it.
I was told that Hitanishiki has a gentle touch.
First sip.
It seems to be a little tangy even though it is fire-aged. It has a refreshingly juicy and lemon-like taste. The characteristics of Hitachi-Nishiki are apparent.
The first impression was good, but there were a few things that bothered me.
First of all, it had too much seme. It has a bit of a washed-out, fresh-dry feel to it, and because the sake quality is so clear, the peculiarities become apparent.
The good thing is that I could enjoy the tingling sensation like that of a fresh sake until the end. It is still tingling even after a few days, so maybe that's what the sake quality is like. There was a slight orizzle at the end.
It was ranked 13th out of 15 at the Kinshokai. It tastes like it needs a little more work.
