Sake from the Sake Roku Sake Brewery in Uchiko-cho, Ehime Prefecture, purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Brewery Festival. The bottle is pink, but the sake is colorless. Slightly effervescent and sweet, it is good as an aperitif.
