This sake and yogurt liqueur is a collaboration between Hakuryu Shuzo, a manufacturer in Agano City, Niigata Prefecture, and Yasuda Yogurt. It is a limited time peach flavor.
It's basically a drinkable yogurt. It is not too sweet as I imagined, and the sourness of the yogurt and the richness of the sake match each other well, making it easy to drink. The label is also cute, so I think you could enjoy it as a dessert alongside a Christmas cake.
