And the "Ryo Junmai Ginjo".
The color is a faint yellow with a hint of green. Light aroma. It is not so sour, but it is refreshing and powdery. It has a whitish or white rice-like taste.
Sake rice: 100% Hatan Nishiki
Rice polishing ratio: 60%.
ALC: 16 degrees
Yeast: Hiroshima Momiji Yeast
