Takatsugu
Here is a sake we came across on our expedition. This is a sake made by Mute Mukan, the maker of the chestnut shochu Dabada Hiburi. It was the first time I knew they made sake.
It has a soft taste and a smooth aftertaste. The soft taste is impressive, perhaps due to the Shimanto River's brewing water at the mouth.
It is a bottle that makes you feel the nostalgia of a sake brewery that makes shochu. It is delicious.
