Junmai Daiginjo unfiltered raw sake with 50% polishing ratio using 100% Miyamanishiki rice from Nagano Prefecture.
It is made with Yamagata yeast.
It has the sweet fruity aroma of melon.
Behind it, there's a tart grapefruit-like aroma.
It is a good choice as a mid-meal saké to go with strong tasting food such as main dish.
However, since it is unfiltered and unpasteurised, some people may find the aftertaste too much of a Japanese sake.
I do not recommend it to beginners of sake.
