This is a blend of Junmai Daiginjo made of Yamadanishiki from Toyama Prefecture and Omachi Junmai Ginjo.
The aroma is gorgeous and you can feel the flavor of the rice afterwards.
The sweetness is moderate and the sharpness is good.
