Craft brew with hops soaked in brewing water.
Flavors of citrus and lychee, like an IPA. And a refreshing acidity. There is a hint of bitterness in the aftertaste.
It is easier to drink on the rocks or with soda, but I personally prefer it cold.
It has a sweetness like a liqueur, but the ingredients are "rice, rice malt, and hops. Hats off to the creativity of the brewer.
